My name is Guilherme Felipe Ribeiro Gomes Silva, born in 1993, and I am currently a student in the Preparatory Course for Painting at the Academy of Fine Arts in St. Petersburg, also known as Repin Academy or Ilya Repin St. Petersburg Academy of Arts.

      I worked as a commissioned public servant from May 2019 to 2023 at the Federal Public Prosecutor's Office in Dourados, Mato Grosso do Sul, where I served as a legal assistant to the Federal Prosecutor in assisting with the resolution of conflicts related to the collective rights of traditional indigenous and quilombola communities, as well as handling criminal and civil cases and administrative activities.

     I hold a Bachelor's degree in Law from the State University of Mato Grosso do Sul, obtained in 2019, with approval in the Brazilian Bar Association (OAB) exam in 2018. I also have a degree in Foreign Trade from Uninter Centro Universitário, earned in 2014. I am a postgraduate in Legal Sciences, with specializations in Civil Procedure (2020) and Constitutional Law (2021), both from the Damásio Institute of Law.

      Prior to receiving the scholarship to study at Repin Academy, I was accepted at the School of Fine Arts at the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro in the Bachelor of Painting program in 2022, where I completed the first semester of the program.
